Once you have provided us with your information, one of our professionals will contact you to make an appointment.
Recharjme booths need a space of 4′ (122cm) X 7,5′ (208cm) with a height of 7′ (213cm). They plug into a regular 110V outlet. The cabins arrive disassembled on a cart that passes through standard doors. It takes the Recharjme team two hours to install them.
- A ventilation system allows the renewal of the ambient air every 5 minutes.
- An air purifier with medical grade H13 HEPA filters that belong to the highest HEPA filtration class. They demonstrate an ability to trap more than 99.95% of airborne suspended particles, reaching sizes as tiny as 0.3 microns. This includes a variety of contaminants such as pollen, mold spores, bacteria, viruses, and even fine particles from combustion.
- Self-service disinfecting wipes with a reminder to users to use them at each booking.
- Daily slots can be blocked at times that are convenient for you for the cleaning service to come by.
*The cleaning and sanitation procedure meets the strict sanitary standards and requirements of hospitals. This procedure was designed with the collaboration of the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) team and the hygiene and sanitation team of the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM).
The rest cabins are designed for one person at a time
All employees of the client company can use the service free of charge.
The Recharjme sessions are 15, 20 or 25 minutes, depending on the client's needs. The time on the timer can be decreased as needed. One reservation at a time is permitted.
At the end of the session, a light turns on and the chair automatically returns to its initial position, allowing a gentle awakening.
The chair is suitable for people who weigh less than 181 kg (400 pounds) and whose height does not exceed 208 cm (6'10'').
A booking via the app guarantees you the use of the cabin during the chosen period.
A light sign is installed outside the cabin, above the door. When someone uses the booth, the light turns red, which tells people that it is occupied. Otherwise, the light is green. In addition, you will receive a unique code to unlock the cabin door.
The door will be locked from the outside so you can enjoy your relaxing time. There is also a 5-minute space between each reservation is scheduled to give the person time to get out of the cabin before the next one arrives.
Yes, you just need to download the RecharjME application on your new smartphone, and enter the email you used when you created your account.
The Recharjme service is free for all users in your organization.
The cabin door has tinted glass, so you can see outside.
At any time, you can exit the cabin which is never locked from the inside. If you feel unwell during the session, you can alert the outside of the cabin via an emergency button that activates an audible and visual signal outside the cabin.
Recharjme rest cabins are not completely soundproofed to allow you to hear if an alarm sounds outside the cabin. In addition, a master code is given to security, which allows them to open the cabin to alert the user in case of danger.
The information collected in the Recharjme service application is limited to the information requested during registration in the application. Recharjme reserves the right to use this reservation data to analyze trends and develop its offer. For security reasons (traceability or accident), this reservation data is available to your organization within a restricted circle. Apart from this collaboration, this data will not be communicated to other organizations. Users can request deletion or recovery of their data.
To cancel your reservation, simply delete it. To change your reservation, you must delete it and make a new one.
